The Carrot

This Summer has been one of many photographic opportunities in which I am very thankful for. One of which was taking a snapshot of my very first grown carrot. Sure, it may be a stub, worth only one true bite...but to me, it was a great accomplishment. I grew this! I did! While, it surely isn't enough to sustain my appetite for fresh veggies, I am quite pleased with my result.

The Life Of A Cat

Have you ever observed a cat? Have you ever noticed how free they are? This little girl, Zoey, is a fiesty, frisky kitty who bites when she feels like it and decides what to do when she is ready, not when you are. When no one was around, I caught the lazy Summer side of her. Being a new outdoor cat, I found her enjoying a recent hot day laying in the cool grass, soaking in the sun. This is the softer side of Zoey...the terror.
